Line-Art Comic Style Wireframe 2d(special mechanic)

This was a fun thing i did while making my game i made some special moves and this one was my favorite it was intended to be shine from ssbm :) thats all i need to say about it if your curious look it up. what ended up happening was i made it slow down time in addition to it. it felt juicy to hit. it was cool to use for counter attacks :)
